It is possible to donate prisoners to your factions towns. I don't know if it immediately ransoms them or stores them. But you could save before and try it. If you won't execute him and donating doesnt work as planned the best thing would just be hang on to him and maybe cause some disorder within his faction. #4.
Prisoners that can be potential recruits should appear in your “Party”. In the menu, select the “Prisoner” and look for an arrow symbol right next to the prisoner’s name. If the symbol is there, it means you can recruit the selected prisoner. However, do note that the selected prisoners aren’t recruited at once.
The Roguery skills and Bandit troops, allow for a freedom to play the game with minimal concern for having enough money. Bandits can be hired for free and even "sold" in Towns, from 3600 Denar for 16 looters and upwards for higher tier troops. With perks the ransom broker give 20% more for prisoners and 25% more for fancy lords and such.
This mod is opted-in to receive Donation Points. A minimalistic mod for maximum compatibility. You can now have as many prisoners as you want. For example after a siege, when one takes a bunch of prisoners while having the prisoner limit drop due to your party being dead or wounded, you can now take all those prisoners and carry them to town

Put them all in a dungeon. Executing is just bad news, even if it does make you feel proactive. When it comes to rebellions in your provinces do not execute the rebel leaders, as it is pointless. Once you capture the town they controlled, the clan will disperse in a day and all the leaders will be “lost.”.
