So yeah, RoB in right hand Uchi in left. So, switch to 2-handing your Uchi by holding Y (triangle) and hitting your left bumper (L1). That will make you 2hand your Uchi. Then use Seppuku. Dual-wielding weapons in Elden Ring allow you to use two different weapons in the same attack. It results in more lethal attacking capability. Giantcrusher is a deadly weapon when dual-wielded, giving a staggering damage of 700+. Its high requirement of strength for dual-wielding is a drawback. Dual-wielding the Starscourge Greatsword triggers IMO dual wielding is great. It practically doubles ur damage output but it negates ur ability to block attacks. There are times when you might want to throw caution to the wind, do away with a shield, and two-hand your weapon to increase the damage of your attacks. To do this, press E + left or right-click Dual wield also has Deadly Cloak which is a good damage/defensive skill. Two-handed is used for the skills: Carve and Stampede. Carve is notable for it's stack duration and shield capability.
